The Colorado Wyoming Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association is lead by Grier Bailey. Being a home-grown and schooled Coloradoan, Grier is a strong proponent of minimizing the pressing needs of small businesses while promoting a level playing field within the industry. He believes in applying appropriate checks and balances while maintaining the spirit of entrepreneurship and free markets. Grier and his family have a long history of working within the petroleum industry. He was promoted to the Executive Director position in November, 2015.

A Colorado native, Amanda returned to Colorado in 2007.  As the former Manager of Administrative and Financial Services for the Association she has an extensive background in association management.  Amanda has years of experience consulting to organizations on organizational change and offers a solid set of financial skills to assist the association and its members. Amanda semi-retired in 2021 and performs contract financial services now for the Association. You can reach Amanda through Executive Director Grier Bailey.
