CWPMA would like to elevate and thank Rob Parish (Parish Oil) and Kathryn Works (7-11) for joining me on the rulemaking process.
While we will have to abide by the regulations around cooler doors to make sure that crossover products are not next to similar non alcohol products CWPMA was generally exempted out of the temporary display regulations due to delivery, product mix and storage consideration. What should be highlighted is that the Department has consistently demonstrated a fair and targeted approach to treating different sizes of businesses differently relative to real and quantifiable supply needs.
Please do keep the proposed regulations for the record but we will need to update some signage and product display sets. if any of you or your product category managers need to review the documents with me please reach out to gbailey@cwpma.org or my Cell at 3030-902-0132 with any questions or concerns.
