The training sessions will cover:
· Colorado Revised Statutes Title 44, Articles 3, 4, and 5 (Liquor ‐ Beer and Wine – Special Event Code(s))
· Colorado Code of Regulations ‐ 1 CCR 203‐2. (Additional requirements imposed by the State Licensing Authority)
· Service Hours & Age Requirements
· Prohibited Sales to Underage Persons and compliance checks
· Prohibited Sales to Visibly Intoxicated Persons
· Conduct of Establishment
· Gambling Issues
· Miscellaneous Issues, Concerns, & Questions
