All - The behavioral control anti adult choice groups are gearing up for a fight to restrict all flavored tobacco and nicotine products from our stores and every retail facility in the City and County of Denver. This letter is being put together by our friends at NATO and we are encouraging all of our members and partner associations to get involved.
There are about 700 retail facilities in Denver - I am specifically asking that every person in the Association step up and help me in this fight.....Every Dealer.... every partner distributor and retail member... This is the fight... if we lose here we lose everywhere in Colorado.
From NATO -
In the next year, Colorado retailers will be on the hook for over now 3.5 million in increased license fees (state and local) and regulatory oversight all for the purpose of combating teen vaping.
The sign-up landing page for the Denver coalition letter is LIVE and able to have visits and entry of relevant information for addition to the coalition letter.
The letter is on the site, but I have also attached a copy. It is our goal to have as many Denver businesses added to the coalition letter as possible. The greatest number of businesses will be retail businesses, but wholesale signatories and other related businesses are fine too.
NOTE: There is no ability to upload a copy of the company logo on the landing page, but we did add a box to check if a business is willing to allow use of the logo. Use of those images is desired. So, please encourage potential signatories to check that box
