Pinnacol and the Colorado Community College System (CCCS) are celebrating its sixth year of partnership boosting workforce development in the state. Each year, the Pinnacol Assurance Workforce Development Scholars Program is honored to fund scholarships to 22 full-time Colorado Community College System (CCCS) students. The assistance prioritizes rural learners enrolled in programs that align with local workforce needs. |

In a national weekly newsletter followed by 4M+ HR pros, Pinnacol’s apprenticeship program was featured for its renowned apprenticeship program that helps young workers launch successful careers while strengthening Pinnacol’s recruiting and retention strategies. Mark Tapy, senior talent management manager shares how the program began and why apprentices are actually interested in insurance.
