The Liquor Enforcement Division is now offering online licensee/employee training every month. The next training sessions will be held via Google Meet using the following sign-in information:

The training sessions will cover:

  • Colorado Revised Statutes Title 44, Articles 3, 4 and 5 (Liquor ‐ Beer and Wine – Special Event Code(s))
  • Colorado Code of Regulations ‐ 1 CCR 203‐2. (Additional requirements imposed by the State Licensing Authority)
  • Service Hours & Age Requirements
  • Prohibited Sales to Underage Persons and compliance checks
  • Prohibited Sales to Visibly Intoxicated Persons
  • Conduct of Establishment
  • Gambling Issues
  • Miscellaneous Issues, Concerns, & Questions
