LED - 2023 Liquor Rules Working Group

Thank you to everyone who submitted their name to be included as a formal representative of their respective groups for the 2023 Liquor Rules Working Group. Below is the list of parties selected as members for this year's liquor working group:

If you are unable to participate in any meetings, please designate a proxy at least two days prior to the meeting. If you do not attend three meetings without designating a proxy you will be removed from the working group.

Our Working Group meeting scheduled for June 20, 2023 from 1:30 to  4:30 p.m. will be held virtually and in person.

We would like to remind everyone that their voice is important, and written comments are always accepted and reviewed regardless of formal working group inclusion status. Written comments should be submitted to: dor_led_rulemaking@state.co.us. Furthermore, we will allow time at the end of working group sessions for comments from anyone in attendance as time and technology allows.

 

We have a lot of very important work to do this year, and we look forward to your thoughtful insight as we embark on this rulemaking season.
