Initiative 121 Allow Grocery and Convenience Stores to Sell Wine - Second Draft

Each year the Legislative Council Staff prepares a voter information booklet that includes an analysis of measures that will appear on the statewide ballot. We distribute drafts of each analysis to people who are interested in commenting on the draft. The attached document is the second draft of the Legislative Council Staff analysis of Initiative 121 Allow Grocery and Convenience Stores to Sell Wine. The second attachment describes the process for writing each analysis.

Thank you for your assistance.
