Please find attached a notice from CSP regarding the designation of a temporary hazardous materials route for Confluence Drive in Delta.  As required within the hazmat transportation rules, the temporary routing will remain in effect for 12 months from today unless rescinded by CSP.  At that point we will review the circumstances of the situation and may either rescind or extend the temporary designation.  That said, I am anticipating the City of Delta filing a petition for permanent routing this year.
