The Colorado Air Pollution Control Division (APCD) is now accepting electronically submitted emissions point/permit cancellation requests.
Cancellations can now be completed electronically, directly from the APCD website. The new electronic cancellation form can be found here: https://cdphe.colorado.gov/apens-and-air-permits/make-administrative-changes-to-your-air-permit.
When a cancellation request is submitted with this new feature, the user will receive an email confirming the AIRS ID number and date of cancellation.
For those that wish to download and print the traditional cancellation form to be mailed to the APCD instead, Form APCD-107 Emissions Point/Permit Cancellation Request will still be available on the APCD website.
