All,
Our friends at OPS reached out to provide some courtesy information relative to the publicized fuel theft incident that occurred in Aurora.
Please see below and thank you to Mahesh, Zach and the OPS team.
I'm sure you heard the news story about gas theft in Aurora:

Apparently $50,000 worth of gas and diesel was stolen by "remote control" at the retail dispensers on March 14th. I want to share what our inspectors found so you can do the same with your members to prevent this from happening at their stores.
The dispensers come from the factory with electrical jumpers that allow the Wayne remote control to be used to perform service functions that remove the dispenser from communication with the point of sale unit inside the store.
The store manager hired Patriot Petroleum to come out to inspect the dispensers and they found that the factory jumpers had never been removed from the dispensers and no security protocol was ever set up. All the thief needed was a Wayne remote and the knowledge of how to put the dispenser in "stand alone" mode.
As of the time of our visit, all of the jumpers were removed and a passcode has been programmed so that only the manager and Patriot Petroleum have the code.
There was a similar theft in North Carolina…
