Colorado underground storage tank (UST) owners have less than a year to identify, train and document Class A, B and C operators to meet the new OPS deadline of January 1, 2010. This new rule affects thousands of individuals but has the potential to greatly reduce leaks, spills, fines and downtime. So what does all this mean? What is a Class A, B and C operator? What must they know? What must they do afterwards? How can they be trained? How can you prove they’ve been trained? And what’s the benefit anyway?
Ben Thomas of Petroleum Training Solutions will lead a spirited discussion about the new rule, both pro and con, for owners and operators who need an action plan to meet the deadline. He will explain what options you have and offer suggestion for how to implement them in your company. Please bring your questions!

"Charting Your Course with Biofuels!"
A respected Biodiesel producer in Leadville, CO has three truckloads of ASTM certified B100 at his facility that is ready to ship. He has no buyers, no prospects and no working capital. Who does he call? Does he call the BDDNNA (Biodiesel Distribution Network of North America), the AABDA (American Association of Biodiesel Distributors of America) or does he simply dial 1-800-Bail-Me-Out-Obama? Sadly, none of these three options exist. It’s really this simple, when an Ethanol or Biodiesel producer needs access to the most powerful fuels distribution network in America, he calls a petroleum marketer. In fact, the American Petroleum Marketer has done more for the growth and adoption of today’s Biofuels Industry than all other factions combined. As a petroleum marketer, your phone will soon be ringing with new products and exciting opportunities. How will you chart your course to capture these vital revenues and profits?
